Product Presentation:

Kanamycin Sulfate  used in the systemic infection of livestock and poultry which causes by bacteria, viruses, and mycoplasma infection.

Contagious CaprinePleu ropneumonia of pig and cattle, Pig asthma, pulmonary disease, influenza, respiratory and reproductive dysfunction syndrome (pig blue ear disease).

Main symptoms: cough gargle, asthma, increased body temperature, breathing difficulties, runny nose, etc.

3.Function

• 1, pharmacodynamics, the antibacterial spectrum of kanamycin is similar to streptomycin, but effect is slightly stronger. It has strong antibacterial effect on most Gram-negative bacteria, such as Escherichia coli, Proteus, Salmonella, Pasteurellamultocida, etc, and also sensitive to Staphylococcus aureus and Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Gram-positive bacteria (except for Staphylococcus aureus), Rickettsia, anaerobic bacteria and fungi resistant to kanamycin. Sensitive bacteria is easy to have resistance to kanamycin.

Intramuscular injection is rapidly absorbed, about 0.5 to 1.5 hours to reach the peak of blood medicine, widely distributed in pleural effusion, ascites and solid organ, but it rarely penetrates saliva, bronchial secretions and normal cerebrospinal fluid. During the Meningitis, drug concentrations in cerebrospinal fluid can be increased by about 1 times. The concentration is very low in bile and feces. It is mainly excreted by glomerular filtration.
