                 Metamizole Sodium, a combination of aminopyrine and sodium sulfite, is easily soluble in water, and has faster and stronger antipyretic and analgesic effects than aminopyrine. Function
It has detoxification, analgesic and anti-rheumatic effects. Mainly used for antipyretic, but also for acute arthritis, rheumatic pain, muscle pain, headache, etc.

Medicine interactions
1. The risk of bleeding when combined with acenocoumarin, anisidinedione, dicoumarin, benzindandione, warfarin, eptifibatide, danaparo, and low molecular weight heparin Sex increases.
2. When combined with calcium channel blockers, the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding increases.
3. When combined with alendronate, the stimulating effect on the gastrointestinal tract increases, so caution should be taken when combined.
4. When analgin is used in combination with ketorolac, the adverse reactions of the gastrointestinal tract will increase, and gastrointestinal ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding and (or) perforation may occur.
5. Analgin can increase the risk of cyclosporine poisoning, and renal dysfunction, cholestasis, and paresthesia may occur when combined.
6. Analgin can reduce the clearance rate of methotrexate, resulting in methotrexate poisoning, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia, toxic kidney damage, mucosal ulcer formation and other adverse reactions.
7. When used in combination with lithium, the clearance rate of lithium decreases and the plasma concentration increases, which may lead to symptoms of lithium poisoning.
