Pharmacological effects of bromhexine hydrochloride: This product can directly act on bronchial glands, promote the release of lysosomes from mucus secreting cells, and differentiate and lyse mucopolysaccharide fibers in sputum; it can also inhibit the acidity of mucous glands and goblet cells. The synthesis of glycoproteins makes it secrete low-viscosity small-molecule glycoproteins, thereby reducing the viscosity of sputum and making it easier to cough up.
In addition, bromhexine hydrochloride can stimulate the gastric mucosa to reflexively cause increased secretion of airway glands and dilute sputum. Treat and relieve symptoms of bronchitis, asthma, emphysema, etc.

Dosage
