Promethazine hydrochloride is an organic substance with the chemical formula of C17H20ClN2S. It is a common cough medicine and an antihistamine. It can competitively block histamine H1 receptor, fight against histamine induced telangiectasia, and reduce its permeability. Therefore, it can relieve the cough caused by the irritation of the trachea.

Dosage
