what is Curcumin 

Curcumin is a natural compound with good anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. Curcumin is a diketone compound. Turmeric contains about 3% to 6% curcumin. It is a rare pigment with a diketone structure in the plant kingdom.

Curcumin is an orange-yellow crystalline powder with a bitter taste and insoluble in water. It is mainly used for coloring intestinal products, canned food, and sauce products in food production. Curcumin has the effects of lowering blood lipids, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, choleretic, and antioxidant. In addition, some scientists have found that curcumin can help treat drug-resistant tuberculosis.

Application
