Myrbetriq 3 is a beta-adrenergic agonist for urge incontinence, urgency and urinary frequency symptoms for overactive bladder (OAB).

(1) The recommended starting dose is 25 mg per day, once a day, with or without food.

(2) 25 mg is effective for 8 weeks. The dosage can be increased to 50 mg once a day based on individual efficacy and tolerability.

(3) Swallow with water, do not chew, split or crush.

(4) Patients with severe renal insufficiency or patients with moderate hepatic dysfunction, the maximum dose is 25 mg once a day.
