Minocycline, also known as Minocycline or cyclocline, is a tetracycline antibiotic with a broad spectrum of antibiotics. It can combine with tRNA to achieve bacteriostatic effect. Minocycline has a wider antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial activity than similar drugs. The antibacterial spectrum is similar to tetracycline, and it has a strong effect on gram-positive bacteria including staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus and Neisseria gonorrhoeae in gram-negative bacteria. It is generally weak against Gram-negative bacilli. It also had good inhibitory effect on chlamydia trachomatis and Mycoplasma ureaplasma.
