Cefoperazone is a third-generation cephalosporin, a semi-synthetic antibacterial drug, which is characterized by a broad antibacterial spectrum. For most gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, pneumococcus, group B hemolytic streptococcus, Streptococcus faecalis and gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, citric acid Bacillus, Influenza, Proteus mirabilis, Serratia, Shigella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus, Meningococcus, and anaerobic bacteria such as Clostridium, all have good antibacterial activity.

Dosage
