1. Wide antibacterial spectrum, high bioavailability, fast absorption, strong antibacterial power, not affected by diet. It can kill gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria, especially to pseudomonas aeruginosa, proteus, salmonella and staphylococcus and escherichia coli with drug resistance. Used in animals, no drug resistance and cross drug resistance, clinical treatment effect is good.
2. Fast bactericidal: this product is a fast bactericide, its effect is obvious after 1-2 small Chemicalbook. About 25% of EScherichia coli were killed 1 hour after exposure to fosfomycin (12.5μg/ml), and all died within 4-6 hours. Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus were killed at 4 and 8 hours respectively.
3. Low toxicity and side effects, little stimulation to the body, no acute toxicity and adverse reactions, will not increase the burden of the kidney.
4. Low residue: in muscle and organs to meet the residue standards of elimination time is 48-72 hours.
Details
At room temperature, it is white crystalline powder with hygroscopic properties, easily soluble in water and exothermic when dissolved. Fosfomycin sodium can bind to a bacterial cell wall synthase, blocking the first reaction of the bacteria to synthesize the cell wall with the relevant substances, thus acting as a bactericidal agent. It has antibacterial effect on staphylococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Proteus mirabilis, Typhoid bacillus, Seraebacterium, most pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus pyogenes, streptococcus faecalis, some indole positive proteus and some Klebsiella Chemicalbook and enterobacter bacteria. Fosfomycin sodium is mainly used for the treatment of urinary tract, urinary system, skin and soft tissue, respiratory tract, intestinal tract infections caused by sensitive Gram-negative bacteria. It can also be used in combination with other antibiotics to treat severe infections caused by sensitive bacteria, such as sepsis, lung, meningeal infection, peritonitis, uterine adnexitis, intrauterine infection, pelvic inflammatory disease, osteomyelitis and so on. It can also be combined with vancomycin to treat methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infection.
It is mainly used for the treatment of acute and chronic intestinal diseases caused by staphylococcus, streptococcus, escherichia coli, salmonella and other gram-negative bacteria of chicken, duck and pig.
For the treatment of intestinal infection, fosfomycin sodium can be combined with β -lactam and aminoglycoside. For the treatment of respiratory tract and lung infection, can be used in combination with macrolides, β -lactam. For the treatment of Chemicalbook staphylococcus aureus infection, suitable for equal use with erythromycin, rifo. For the treatment of serious respiratory tract infection, septicemia, peritonitis, increase the dosage. It should be combined with β -lactam or aminoglycoside.
