Lamivudine, also known as 3-TC, is a nucleoside analogue and antiviral drug. It is a white or almost white crystalline powder, which is soluble in water and slightly soluble in methanol. It has a competitive inhibitory effect on the synthesis and extension of viral DNA strands.
Applicable symptoms
Erectile dysfunction and pulmonary hypertension.
Dosage
